Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition (unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging)

  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at togkey86@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of custom hand-assembled products, returns may not be accepted for items that have been modified or show signs of use.
