5 stars doesn’t suffice for this amazing product and store! First, the product itself is superb quality and I love that you can customize the case and keycap colors. Shipping was excellent and the item arrived securely packaged with very easy to follow instructions for mapping new key functions! I’m a very low tech person so having something like this was perfect. The customer service is the STAR. When I had an issue, Jon was quick to respond and offered me various resolutions. That type of customer service is exactly why you should shop with this seller and support this business!😌 I was so happy with the entire process and I can’t recommend the store enough.
